For BE Information Technology:
Applicants must meet the following minimum academic requirements in their +2 (Science) or equivalent examinations to apply for our programs.

Getting into CoEM is a straightforward process designed to select students on a competitive basis.
Application Form
Submit the PU Entrance Exam form with required docs.
Entrance Exam
Pass the mandatory Pokhara University competitive test.
Results & Merit
A merit list is published based on your scores.
Offer Letter
Selected candidates receive an official admission offer.
Enrollment
Accept offer, pay initial fee, and confirm your seat.

Scholarships & Financial Aid
We believe that quality education should be accessible to deserving students. CoEM offers comprehensive scholarship programs for outstanding performers.
PU Scholarships
As per PU guidelines, 10% of our total annual intake in both BE Civil and BEIT is awarded full scholarships based on the university's central scholarship selection process.
CoEM Merit Scholarships
We offer internal scholarships based on a student’s combined +2 marks and their rank in the Entrance Test. Hard work is always rewarded.
Performance Scholarships
Hard work pays off. We award full tuition waivers to students who achieve a perfect SGPA of 4.0. Class toppers and second-toppers are also rewarded.
